Job Description

Work with retail
agents to assist in placing the full range of Professional Liability
products within a territory that you more-or-less define yourself.
(Note: Alaska, California, Idaho, Oregon and Washington business
is "off limits".)
These are in-home
positions where you would be connected to the office via ImageRight
/ AIM. And they are commission only (plus benefits) positions. We
propose to pay 40% (42.5% for RPLUs) of retained commission and fees on
both new and renewal business but will consider alternative arrangements -- such as 60% on new and 30% on renewals. A non-solicitation agreement will
be required, but not a non-compete.

will have strong technical skills, strong computer skills and outstanding
underwriter and retailer relationships. They will also have a reputation
for integrity, competence, professionalism and did we mention integrity?
Both company and retailer references will be carefully checked.

Company Description

Anchor Bay began
operations in 2000 and, up until this point, has been principally
a Binding Authority and Program facility. We have recently made
the decision to change our focus to Brokerage and, after selling
off our binding authority book, we are setting up four nationwide
Practice Groups -- Commercial Casualty, Commercial Property, Environmental
and Professional Liability.
We are a family
friendly organization and will consider part time, at home, caretakers
-- for kids, elderly parents or whomever. We do not believe that
quality people should be forced to give up their careers because
of family obligations.
At this writing,
we pay 90% of family medical insurance premiums, as well as 100%
of various other coverages (your group life, short and long term
disability, dental, vision, etc.). 401(k) available.
