Power Brokers!Anchor Bay is principally a General Agent and Program Manager. We have some brokerage wrtings and some excellent brokerage markets, however, and we are extremely interested in growing this segment of our business. To that end, we are seeking established wholesale brokers, capable of writing a first year premium volume of $5 million or more. We're licensed in 13 western states* and, while you would be welcome to move to Silverdale, WA, we expect that the successful candidates will prefer to work out of their homes or, once established, out of small offices in their own communities. These are commission only positions -- which both minimizes our front-end expense and maximizes your income. We will pay: • New Business- 50% of
retained income In addition, we will provide an Assistant (located in Silverdale, WA -- shared, initially) and benefits including: .• Health Insurance Our expectation is that candidates will have specialties, rather than being generalists.
